As our team continues to grow rapidly, we are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and support our diverse workforce.

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help execute our acquisition roadmap and drive sustainable revenue growth. You'll be joining a small, agile team of three, working closely with our Sales & Marketing Manager and Growth Consultant.

In this role, you'll play a key role in driving and optimizing sales performance, including both subscription, hardware, and ad monetization revenue. You are expected to track metrics, propose impactful ideas, and take full ownership of executing approved initiatives with speed, precision, and a strong revenue-first mindset.

Responsibilities 

We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following areas:

E-commerce Sales Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Monitor daily performance across subscription, hardware sales.

  • Plan, execute, and analyze sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and pricing experiments.

  • Manage inventory and collaborate with the product development team to ensure a consistent and timely product supply that aligns with sales plans.

  • Optimize e-commerce store listings to improve visibility and drive increased organic traffic and conversions.

Revenue-related Channel Planning

  • Coordinate across teams to define weekly/monthly messaging plans for key communication channels (in-app, email, web sites, blog, social platforms, app stores, e-commerce platforms).

  • Align sales messaging and campaign timelines with business goals, user journey, and the entire onboarding process.

  • Ensure a smooth and compelling purchase funnel that translates product value into customer action and business results.

Ad Monetization Optimization

  • Monitor ad performance metrics (fill rate, eCPM) and support optimization efforts in high-priority markets.

  • Track toward quarterly ad revenue goals and assist in identifying growth opportunities via data insights.

User Acquisition & Market Expansion

  • Support performance marketing campaigns in global markets through creative testing and performance tracking.

  • Optimize app store assets and run experiments to drive improvement in organic installs.

  • Collaborate on A/B tests and paywall optimizations to improve install-to-purchase conversion.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth operations, preferably in a mobile app or global SaaS environment.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international setting with a strong ownership, business-driven mindset.

  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, App Store/Play Store optimization, and analytics platforms.

  • Experience in executing marketing plans using AI tools for content generation, targeting, or performance analysis/optimization.

  • Strong project coordination and communication skills to work effectively across internal teams and with external partners.

  • Business-level English proficiency required for internal communication, campaign planning, and collaboration across global markets.

  • Proficiency in planning and executing performance creatives for advertising (video, image, or UGC).

  • Experience managing or supporting e-commerce operations on platforms like Amazon or Shopify.

  • A passion for consumer tech or home security products.

  • Proficiency in a third language beyond Mandarin, English, Spanish and French.
