We are looking for a Product Manager who can balance executional excellence with visionary thinking, while also championing exceptional user experiences and bringing deep domain insight in HR tech, payroll, or global workforce management.

You will lead product development initiatives from conception to launch, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact solutions that serve both regional and global customers.


Key Responsibilities

1. Execution

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritise backlogs, and drive delivery timelines.
  • Define clear product specs and work closely with engineering to execute against sprint goals.
  • Track and analyse product metrics to measure impact and inform iterations.

2. User Experience

  • Champion end-to-end user journeys that are intuitive and efficient.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer feedback loops to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver thoughtful, consistent UX across platforms.

3. Domain Expertise

  • Develop deep understanding of payroll compliance, HR operations, and global expansion challenges.
  • Translate regulatory and operational complexities into simple product workflows.
  • Partner with legal, operations, and client success teams to ensure product meets market and compliance requirements.

4. Visionary Leadership

  • Identify emerging trends in HR tech, automation, and AI to inform long-term strategy.
  • Articulate compelling product visions that align with BIPO’s mission to “Make Life Easier” for HR teams.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and inspire teams toward bold goals.

條件要求

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR, fintech, or compliance tech.
  • Proven success delivering products from 0 → 1 or scaling complex enterprise features.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-informed decision-making is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in APAC or global markets preferred.

薪資範圍

NT$ 60,000 - 120,000 (月薪)
