We are scaling our internal automation platform to eliminate repetitive work across Product, Product Ops, Finance, and other business teams. You will own end-to-end delivery of automation services, integrating SaaS tools and internal systems to turn manual workflows into reliable, AI-assisted pipelines.
Automate business processes using orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or custom services.
Collaborate with domain experts—Product, Product Ops, Finance—to map current workflows, spot inefficiencies, and translate them into high-impact automation.
Own end-to-end delivery design, implementation, test, deploy, measure impact, iterate.
Co-work with AI to generate POCs, scaffolding and test data, reducing time-to-first-value.
Maintain service quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and observability best practices.
3+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications.
Ability to take ownership of product requirements and drive them to delivery.
Familiar with building RESTful services with either Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) or Go.
Familiar with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Comfort using AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, or documentation.
Clear, concise communication in English; able to explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
Familiarity with Crescendo Lab’s products.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Knowledge of financial or SaaS billing workflows.
