Why This Role Matters

We are scaling our internal automation platform to eliminate repetitive work across Product, Product Ops, Finance, and other business teams. You will own end-to-end delivery of automation services, integrating SaaS tools and internal systems to turn manual workflows into reliable, AI-assisted pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate business processes using orchestration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or custom services.

  • Collaborate with domain experts—Product, Product Ops, Finance—to map current workflows, spot inefficiencies, and translate them into high-impact automation.

  • Own end-to-end delivery design, implementation, test, deploy, measure impact, iterate.

  • Co-work with AI to generate POCs, scaffolding and test data, reducing time-to-first-value.

  • Maintain service quality through automated testing, CI/CD, and observability best practices.

條件要求

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications.

  • Ability to take ownership of product requirements and drive them to delivery.

  • Familiar with building RESTful services with either Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) or Go.

  • Familiar with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, or documentation.

  • Clear, concise communication in English; able to explain trade-offs to non-engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Crescendo Lab’s products.

  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of financial or SaaS billing workflows.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
