As a QA Engineer, you’ll combine test automation, cross-platform QA, and a healthy obsession with edge cases to ensure our digital experience is seamless and joyful. You’ll own your test plans, pair with AI to boost coverage, and collaborate with devs like a pro. If you get satisfaction from breaking things (so users don’t), this is your playground.

【Typical Accountability】

  1. Plan and execute testing processes using tools like TestRail, ChatGPT, and Gemini

  2. Write and maintain automated test scripts (Python / Pytest / Appium / Playwright)

  3. Accurately record and track bugs, using Jira to manage repair and reporting progress

  4. Optimize regression testing processes to improve automation coverage and accuracy

  5. Assist with deployment processes and CI/CD pipeline integration to ensure smooth test automation

  6. Explore AI testing tools and script generation assistance to enhance testing efficiency and logical coverage

  7. Help the team establish a quality culture and testing standards to make each release faster and more stable.

QA 就是你所知道的 QA，對細節、品質與速度的挑戰！確保每一行程式碼都能如預期展現在用戶的手中。在 FunNow，你將參與開發流程的從頭到尾：測試計畫、撰寫自動化腳本到定義每個 bug。與 PM、設計師、其他軟體工程師一起奮戰，更參與與見證 AI 對我們的翻轉，從使用 AI 工具協助我們到使喚 AI Agent 替我們工作。


【工作內容】

  1. 使用 TestRail、ChatGPT、Gemini 等工具規劃、執行測試流程

  2. 撰寫並維護自動化測試腳本（Python / Pytest / Appium / Playwright）

  3. 精準記錄並追蹤 bug，使用 Jira 管理修復與回報進度

  4. 優化回歸測試流程，提升自動化覆蓋率與準確性

  5. 協助部署流程與 CI/CD 流程串接，確保測試自動化順暢

  6. 探索 AI 測試工具與腳本生成輔助，提高測試效率與邏輯覆蓋率

  7. 協助團隊建立品質文化與測試標準，讓每次 release 更快更穩

條件要求

【Essential Competencies】

  1. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  2. 2 - 5 years of mobile, web, or API testing experience

  3. Proficient in JavaScript or Python programming languages

  4. Skilled in using AI tools

  5. Able to write SQL queries and validate data accuracy

  6. Familiar with TestRail test management tool and API tools like Postman, Swagger

  7. Familiar with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Appium, Playwright

  8. Skilled in analyzing bugs and clarifying impact scope and priority

  9. Good communication skills and logical analytical thinking

【必要條件】

  1. 資訊工程或相關科系學士/碩士學位

  2. 2 - 5 年 mobile、web 或 API 測試經驗

  3. 熟悉 JavaScript 或 Python 程式語言

  4. 擅長使用 AI 工具

  5. 能撰寫 SQL 查詢並驗證資料正確性

  6. 熟悉 TestRail 測試管理工具與 Postman、Swagger 等 API 工具

  7. 熟悉自動化測試框架如 Pytest、Appium、Playwright 等

  8. 擅長分析 bug 並釐清影響範圍與優先順序

  9. 良好的溝通能力與邏輯分析思維
