【Typical Accountability】

1. Design and implement scalable GenAI backends to support applications such as chatbots, content generation, and intelligent search
2. Build prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector-based semantic search pipelines
3. Develop reusable libraries and services for interacting with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
4. Implement agent workflows and orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph for complex multi-turn or multi-agent reasoning
5. Work with product, backend, and frontend teams to integrate AI capabilities into production applications
6. Monitor and optimize AI system performance in terms of latency, cost, and reliability
7. Own the evaluation process for prompts and models using automated and human-in-the-loop methods
8. Explore new AI capabilities and rapidly prototype features for user testing
9. Contribute to internal tools for prompt testing, prompt versioning, and response quality benchmarking

【Essential Competencies】

1. BS/MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
2. Proficiency in Python and working experience with AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Google ADK
3. Experience with at least one agent orchestration framework and the ability to model stateful workflows for LLM applications
4. Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real-world applications (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
5. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant) and semantic search techniques
6. Experience building scalable REST/gRPC services and deploying them to cloud environments
7. Solid understanding of LLM prompt engineering, context window management, and tool-based reasoning
8. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
9. Clear communicator and team player comfortable with cross-functional collaboration

【Desirable Competencies】

1. Experience with prompt evaluation frameworks or automated benchmark tools
2. Understanding of model fine-tuning, LoRA, or PEFT techniques
3. Previous experience with chat UX, multi-turn dialogue handling, or retrieval-first agents
4. Background in multi-agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen) is a plus
5. Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) for LLM response monitoring
6. Passionate about building AI systems that enhance human productivity and creativity
