Position: Product Manager – Internal Systems & B2B Integration

Are you skilled at translating complex operational and B2B requirements into scalable product solutions? Join us as a Product Manager – Internal Systems & B2B Integration, and lead the development of tools and platforms that support FunNow’s multi-market operations and strategic partnerships.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Own the roadmap for internal systems (e.g., merchant dashboard, booking management, customer service tools, reconciliation platforms), aligning it with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and Customer Support.
Lead B2B integration initiatives, collaborating with key external partners (e.g., POS providers, affiliate booking platforms, API partners) to design and execute scalable technical solutions that enhance automation, accuracy, and efficiency.
Bridge business needs and technical execution by collecting requirements, conducting feasibility assessments, and prioritizing features with impact.
Support internal process optimization through the development of backend tools that streamline team workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve data quality and system reliability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Business Development, Account Management, and Data to deliver features on time and within scope.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering is a plus.
Experience in building internal tools, backend management platforms, or enterprise SaaS systems.
Comfortable working on API-based projects and integrating with third-party systems (e.g., POS systems, booking engines).
Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. You can balance user empathy with operational needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Fluent in English, Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus due to multi-market collaboration.
Technical savviness: Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, etc., is a strong advantage.
