1. Develop and maintain effective and strategic investor relations in coordination with senior executives
2. Prepare IR-related materials, presentations, press releases, Q&A documents, quarterly and annual reports that are shared with the investor community
3. Support financial disclosure processes to ensure compliance with stock exchange and regulatory requirements
4. Conduct industry analysis, financial analysis and peer analysis; prepare periodical and other relevant reports for Management
5. Support the management of company’s banking relationships and financing activities and preparation of periodic treasury reports, loan utilization updates, and financing analysis
6. Partner with key stakeholders across the group to develop a comprehensive understanding of key drivers of financial performance, company strategies, and competitive strengths.
1.Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
2. 3-5 years of investor relations, financial communications, equity research, corporate finance or relevant industry experience
3. Strong communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
4. Proficiency in MS Office
5. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
6. Self-motivated team player, and keen to take ownership of tasks
7. Detail-oriented teammate who can prioritize in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment to ensure efficient
