About The Role

As the Senior People Ops Manager, you will be involved in cultivating a team culture that encourages rapid learning and innovation adoption. Additionally, you will develop people-related practices and shape team dynamics to elevate the team's success in competitive markets.

What You'll Do

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization. Be a strategic partner to the management team.
  • Analyze people operations data and metrics, providing relevant insights to support decision-making.
  • Initiate People operations practices, including performance management, employee relations/engagement, talent development, policy and procedure development, and compensation and benefits. Review and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines as necessary.
  • Guide and coach the People Operations Team, providing guidance and support.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and employment regulations by participating in communities, building up professional networks, and engaging in continuous learning.
  • Oversee the ATS/HRIS to enhance and streamline our people processes.

條件要求

  • Experience in leading more than two areas in People Operations is required, including Performance Appraisal, Culture & Team building, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Employment Compliance. (The Experience in Company operating in Taiwan is required).
  • Exhibit Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, capable of aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Knowledge of employment/labor standards in Taiwan.
  • Based in (or are willing to relocate to) Taiwan.
  • Have experience working in multi-cultural work settings.
