We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for enterprise service SaaS platforms and mid-end management systems. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming user needs into actionable design solutions and collaborating closely with PMs to complete user flow designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance user interfaces for enterprise service SaaS platforms and management systems.
• Collaborate with PMs to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across different platforms and devices.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Ensure all designs adhere to UCD principles and best practices.
• Work within and contribute to the existing design system, ensuring UI elements are reusable and scalable.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in iOS and Android native guidelines and design kits.
• Understand basic HTML to facilitate effective communication with developers.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software interface design.
• Proven experience in designing user interfaces for enterprise service SaaS platforms and mid-end management systems.
• Knowledge of UCD principles and approaches.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems.
• Knowledge in typography, iconography, layout, responsive design and other UI design areas.
• Deep knowledge of iOS and Android native guidelines and design kits.
• Ability to translate unclear specifications into actionable design plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with PMs and other team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UI design. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS (no need to coding).
