Product Launch Management: End-to-end management from sourcing to end-of-life (EOL), including contract negotiation and signing.
Order and Delivery Coordination: Track delivery schedules and handle exceptions; monitor supply and production status to ensure timely issue resolution.
Data Compilation, Reporting & Finance Coordination: Consolidate buy plans and provide accurate data for team and management reference; handle finance-related application processes such as payment requests.
Supplier & Supply Chain Management: Ensure supply chain stability and conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers.
Cross-functional Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to streamline information flow and integrate operational processes.
Experience collaborating with manufacturing partners or factories.
Ability to read and analyze BOM (Bill of Materials).
