Draft contracts, including internal legal templates, with a focus on sales, retail, distribution, e-commerce, licensing, marketing, OEM/ODM services, and supply chain.
Review contracts in accordance with internal review guidelines and policies under guidance.
Organize and file contracts, court filings, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and render legal advice regarding operational, commercial and general corporate matters under guidance.
Support affiliates overseas with contract reviews and other legal requirements as directed.
4~7 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, where experience in an in-house legal department is a must.
Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
Experience with a global organization is a plus.
Experience with a consumer brand and/or manufacturing industry is a plus.
A license to practice laws is preferrable.
