Draft contracts, including internal legal templates, with a focus on sales, retail, distribution, e-commerce, licensing, marketing, OEM/ODM services, and supply chain.
Review contracts in accordance with internal review guidelines and policies.
Organize and file contracts, court filings, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and render legal advice regarding operational, commercial and general corporate matters.
Build workflows for contract approval, including the introduction and implementation of a contract management system for oversea offices.
Coordinate with affiliates overseas for contract reviews and other legal requirements.
Establish and lead a team to address complex cross-functional projects, streamline legal operations and processes, and enhance collaboration across regional offices.
10~15 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, where experience in an in-house legal department is a must.
Attention to detail, self-motivator, self-starter and with strong business sense.
Outstanding listening and communication skills; adept at communicating contract concepts and legal terminology and information, both verbally and in writing, to legal and non-legal audience.
Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Team orientation with strong integrity and professionalism, and an accountable leader.
Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
