The Mobile Team

We have a mature React Native app in production. Over the next 18 months we’ll re-platform to fully native iOS to unlock deeper performance, smoother animations, and tighter OS integration. You’ll lead that journey—starting in React Native, ending with Swift.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow our first in-house iOS team.
• Own the migration plan: break down React Native features, map them to Swift, and ship in staged releases.
• Set the technical direction for everything mobile—architecture, code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and testing.
• Collaborate daily with product and design to turn requirements into polished features.
• Maintain the existing React Native app until parity is reached, keeping crash-free rates and performance top tier.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and shared learning sessions.

What We Look For

• 6+ years of mobile development, including 2+ years in React Native and 3+ years in iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Shipped at least one complex consumer app end-to-end on the App Store.
• Deep understanding of app lifecycle, offline data, performance profiling, and App Store release processes.
• Hands-on experience with Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, or similar CI/CD for mobile.
• Passion for clean, testable code and modern architecture (MVVM, Coordinators, etc.).
• A coaching mindset—able to explain trade-offs and raise the bar for everyone around you.

Good to Have

• Experience migrating a hybrid app to native.
• Exposure to TypeScript.
