IT Engineer 資訊工程師

Job Overview:

Your role in this position will be to support the business's IT and Security needs.

1. Maintain operation modes, configuration, and setup MDM , SaaS and internal Gen AI services.
2. Configure and maintain computers, network facilities, and associated hardware devices.
3. Set up and maintain systems such as Firewall, VPN, DNS, and MDE.
4. Implement basic information security protection and detection measures.
5. Provide technical support to internal & external users.
6. Drive communication with the users to deliver desired solutions in response to users’ concerns.
7. Create internal & external technical documents including the technical bulletin, troubleshooting guide, and FAQ.
8. Gather user feedback and needs, and provide constructive suggestions tostakeholders to ensure a smooth service flow.
9. Work with cross-functional and region teams on projects.
10. Completely execute assigned tasks.

工作職責：

1. 維護、操作、設定 MDM , SaaS（軟體即服務）及內部Gen AI資源。
2. 設定與維護電腦、網路設備及相關硬體裝置。
3. 架設與維護 Firewall、VPN、DNS及MDE等系統。
4. 執行基本的資訊安全防護與偵測措施。
5. 為內部及外部使用者提供技術支援。
6. 與使用者溝通，提供使用者疑慮的解決方案。
7. 撰寫內部及外部技術文件，包括技術公告、故障排除指南與常見問題集。
8. 收集使用者回饋與需求，並向關係人提供建設性建議，以確保流暢的服務流程。
9. 與跨職能和跨區域團隊合作專案。
10. 確實執行分配的任務。

• Having a bachelor's degree in Network or Information Engineering and 0-2 years of work experience.
• Problem-solving skills, good teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Have impeccable written and reading skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Have excellent organizational skills and have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer problems and perform basic information security protection.
• Capable of troubleshooting and analyzing network anomalies.
• Familiarity with Linux, MacOS, and Windows operating systems.
• Willingness to learn new technologies with a team-oriented technical focus.
• Committed to excellence and continuous self-improvement.
• Basic programming language such as python, golang , Javascript, CSS, SQL, HTML or knowledge of basic PowerShell and Shell Script.
   
• 具備網路或資訊工程學士學位，並有 0-2年 工作經驗。
• 具備解決問題的能力、良好的團隊合作精神與溝通能力。
• 具備流利的英語和中文書寫及閱讀能力。
• 具備出色的組織能力，並能證明在快節奏、高壓環境下工作的能力。
• 能夠排除電腦問題並執行基本的資訊安全防護。
• 能夠排除和分析網路異常。
• 熟悉 Linux、macOS 和 Windows 作業系統。
• 樂於學習新技術，並具備團隊導向的技術專注力。
• 持續自我提升。
• 具備基礎程式語言能力，如 Python、Golang、JavaScript、CSS、SQL、HTML，或具備基礎 PowerShell 和 Shell Script能力。

Interview Process

• Phone interview with HR.
• Meet with Hiring Manager (1.5 hrs)

Plus:

• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining FireWall, VPN, DNS, Windows AD, and EntraID (Azure AD) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ZTA structure is a plus.
• Knowledge of MDE operation modes, configuration, and setup is a plus.
• Have more than 1 year Customer / Technical Support experience (internship experience are welcomed to apply) is a plus.
• Related certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, ISO27001) are a plus.
• Spoken English is a plus, and proficiency in Cantonese (reading, writing, and speaking) is also a bonus.
