工作內容

1.Drive E-commerce sales operations and strategic planning to surpass market growth and deliver high-impact results.

• Directly lead a team of two account supervisors and collaborate closely with a Digital Marketing Manager who supports platform advertising strategy and execution.

• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to enhance capabilities, foster accountability, and build a high-performing, growth-oriented team culture.

• Guide the team to consistently exceed sales targets, aiming to outperform market growth and set new industry benchmarks.

• Manage and optimize operations across e-commerce platforms and agency partners, ensuring executional excellence.

• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, secure high-impact marketing exposure, and use performance data to adjust strategies in real-time.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brand managers to ensure brand and channel targets are successfully met.

• Operate with strong knowledge of platform models (drop-shipping, consignment, buy-out), system operations, and business reporting (FCST, sell-in, sell-out).

• Provide leadership in customer service-related issue resolution to uphold service excellence.

• Deliver regular and insightful business reports that translate performance into strategic insights.

2.Anticipate market trends and seize emerging business opportunities with agility.

• Monitor e-commerce industry trends, competitive activities, and new channel developments to proactively identify opportunities.

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align media strategy, platform activations, and campaign planning for maximum effectiveness

• Initiate and lead cross-industry collaborations that drive incremental revenue and strengthen brand presence.

3.Ensure cost efficiency and profitability in line with annual budget objectives.

• Manage P&L responsibility by driving growth while controlling expenses to maximize channel profitability.

• Lead annual commercial negotiations and evaluate new channel opportunities based on both financial and strategic considerations.

4.Work closely with marketing manager for adhoc tasks.

*Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools, and digital marketing techniques.

* Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

*Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage relationships with platform partners and internal stakeholders.

*Open-minded and strategic thinking, resilient under pressure, with strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills, and capable of working independently.

*Highly sensitive to numbers and reports, with a strong passion for the development of new retail trends such as e-commerce and mobile shopping.

*Enjoys interacting with people, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and is optimistic, proactive, and enthusiastic.
