3. 開發並管理台灣市場的業務機會與客戶關係
Develop and manage business opportunities and customer relationships in the Taiwan market.

4. 管理經銷商與通路夥伴,強化合作成效
Manage distributors and channel partners to strengthen collaboration.

5. 提升市場佔有率與營收成長
Drive market share expansion and revenue growth.

6. 達成銷售目標,管理預測、價格與績效指標
Achieve sales targets and manage forecasting, pricing, and performance KPIs.

推奨されるスキル

  • 學士以上學歷,具商業、行銷或相關科系背景者佳。
    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 至少5年以上業務或業務拓展經驗,熟悉台灣市場。
    Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, with strong knowledge of the Taiwan market.

  • 具經銷商管理、策略規劃及獨立開發市場能力。
    Proven experience in distributor management, strategic planning, and independent market development.

  • 中英文流利,具備優異簡報與溝通能力。
    Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong presentation and communication skills.

  • 具備良好的分析思維、客戶導向與自我驅動能力。
    Analytical, customer-focused, and self-motivated in a dynamic work environment.
